EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION

Who should attend?

Every staff member communicates with others during the course of any normal day.  This communication includes a combination of factual content, complaints about work not done properly and should include acknowledgement for tasks completed satisfactorily and timeously.  Therefore all staff (and any organisation) can benefit from learning to communicate effectively.
