Who should attend?
Every staff member involved in one off or regular project work should attend because they will benefit from understanding how to co-operate effectively and who to turn to at specific stages of a project or process. Participants can be grouped as departments or teams with their managers. Alternatively departments and/or teams can attend or be combined in training sessions and managers can attend separately, as a collective group responsible for steering projects and managing processes.
Introduction to the course
In any organisation, on a daily basis, people have to join together to deliver projects. They need to co-operate, combine their efforts and their tasks in order to complete a process. This co-operative effort is also required for the successful envisioning, planning and execution of any project or implementing new systems and procedures. Understanding what makes a team successful, what drives a project forward and how to engineer the implementation of improvements ensures continued success for the organisation. If team members and managers understand how each person can contribute their best talents to the collective, it will motivate people and move the organisation to the next level of competence and performance.

- How to combine individual strengths and preferences into a functional and mutually supportive team that meets the challenges of daily effectiveness and project implementation.
- Understand that every individual influences and affects another in interaction. Learn how to identify and successfully negotiate these interpersonal catalysts.
- Stay on track despite circumstances by learning how to identify and successfully negotiate situational / environmental catalysts.
