Introduction to the course
Values form the bases for our decisions and are the drivers for our behaviour. Values allow us to differentiate between good or bad. If you don’t have clearly defined values in your organization, any employee, at any given moment, is free to decide what your organization does and how it is done. Conversely, clearly defined values give direction to everyone’s actions and holds employees accountable to an ethical code of conduct.
