Remember to include staff who implement decisions, because they are ideally positioned to identify shortfalls, understand the needs of learners, parents and other role-players through regular interaction (especially with complaints) and often have a different perspective on possible solutions.

  • The trigger thinking model explained and applied to a variety of challenging situations
  • What are your personal reasons / fears that block you from being more creative?
  • By means of fun activities / examples teachers will learn methods on coping despite challenging circumstances
  • Positive vs negative thinking with application to a variety of scenarios
